Recommendations
With the help of summing the report it has been identified that there are certain
recommendations for the Primark manager so that they can easily engage their
employees within the workplace that would further benefit their overall
productivity. It has been recommended that there are different alternative options
and methods that is used by the cited firm for engaging their employees that is
enabling effective organizational culture so that employees can easily put forward
their views and ideas that further assists the company in taking effective
judgement or decisions. Along with this, it has been also recommended that
Primark must also focuses on conducting timely group meeting or individual staff
meeting so that they can more confidently and positively put forward their views
and opinion. With the help of individual meeting and gathering they can easily
allow their staff to build their level of confidence and boost their commitment
level towards the organization.

Justification for further areas
With the above certain recommendations there are also some
further consideration that need to be consider by the researcher
that is employee engagement not only benefit the productivity of
organization but it would also support in enhancing and boosting
their morale. Along with this, further study on the employee
engagement would also be drafted on the aviation industry or
hospitality industry.

Conclusion
From the above report it has been concluded that employee
engagement in order to succeed and sustain in the competitive
scenario it is essential for the organization to focus on the employee
engagement that will directly affect the organizational productivity.
Employee engagement ensure that employees are committed towards
the organizational goals and objectives that motivate them to direct
the organizational productivity in the effective manner.
