face some issues from the external environment. It is complex for the organisations to control

technological and legal. On the other hand, auto-mobile sector is vulnerable to change in
lifestyle, sharing an economy that leads to the people to purchasing some cars. It is necessary to

wide area concept and it provide the opportunities to business to expand the business at global
level. It will help in provide different benefits to business. On the basis of opinion of 25
respondents that they have the efficient knowledge about globalisation in detailed manner. There
are 5 other respondents which said that they have not idea about globalisation in significant way.
Interpretation 2: Globalisation is force that shapes contemporary world, impacting
environment, society and business. It has trend towards enhancing global economic integration
and it impacting economies at large. The globalisation represents gradual announce the culture of
business around world and develop new marketplace fr the purpose of facilitate trade among
distant people geographically. The globalisation impact on business in a negative and positive
manner both. On the basis of view point of 21 respondent that globalisation has brought many
advantages such as provide employment opportunities to local people, competition, enhance
trade, technology advancement and many others. There are 9 other respondents and according to
them globalisation develops negative impact on business as it leads to high competition, job
insecurity and fluctuation in costs.
Interpretation 3:The Auto-mobile Industry of United Kingdom is better known for sports and
premium cars. This industry is one of the most necessary part of economy of United Kingdom
that accounting for more than £82 billion turnover. Social, technology and political are the main
global factors which impact on Auto-mobile industry of UK. On the basis of opinion of 8
respondents that political is a main factor which impact on business as it includes change in the
government and also its policies. It mainly influence on business operations. Firms which
operating in European Union need to be adopt regulations developed through EU. There are 12
respondents which agree with social factor. It gives an insights into tastes, lifestyle patterns and
behaviour of people. The purchasing pattern is more influenced through make changes in
population structure and in lifestyle of customers. 10 respondent said that technology is one of
major global factor that influence business. Adoption of new innovations as well as inventions
help in provide better opportunities to company. It aids in minimize cost and create new goods.

contribution in economy of country. This industry is part of the mechanical engineering and most
necessary engineering branch. It covers the basic operations such as design, sales, spate parts and
the marketing. It is complex to be differentiate its various operations. On the basis of opinion of
18 respondents that globalisation is helpful for UK Auto-mobile Sector in gaining competitive
benefits. On the other hand, there are 12 respondents which disagree with this given statement.
Interpretation 5: Globalisation provides the many different benefits to business when
conducting its business operations at the global level. Rolls-Royce can get the benefits by its
presence of the positive global environmental factors. On the basis of 9 respondent opinions that
through globalisation company can able to attract the large number of consumers in an effective
manner. 6 respondents said that globalisation aids business in increase productivity level.
Company can make some innovation in its business or cars which can attract more people to

high brand image is main benefit that firm can be attained.
Interpretation 6: When firm perform its business at global level then it can take some benefits
because of the strong economic situations. There are 7 respondents and they said that proper
availability of the adequate fund is better advantage. If company will have the proper funds then
it can not face any difficulty for performing business functions. 14 respondent are agree with
high demand of the products. Rolls-Royce is strong brand and it use the different ways to attract
consumers and increase its demand. As per opinion of 9 respondent that innovation is a main
benefits because to develop something new and unique attract the people most.
Interpretation 7: When an organisation conduct its business at the global level then it need to
arrange some of the necessary resources. It is a responsibility of management to arrange the
resources in a better or effective manner. On the basis of 10 respondents that technology is a
main resource which help business in conducting the business in better way, with the help of
using advanced technology, company can make innovation and reduce its manufacturing cost.
There are 16 respondents which agree with finance. Without the fanatical factors, firm can not
able to perform its business activities or operations. It is a responsibility of finance department of
Rolls- Royce to arrange and mange funds so that it can able to conduct business at global level.
According to 4 respondents human resource is main resource because without manpower, it is

not possible to perform tasks. There is a need to hire the well qualified and experience people
which can able to perform at global level and also deal with international clients in proper way.
Interpretation 8: Automotive sector of United Kingdom has been consistent more. The Brexit
would have devastating affect on sectors and job of people. Under this, United Kingdom will
able to be negotiate about free trade agreement with the other trade blocks and countries. EU and
UK both will seek towards reach at final agreement on future trade agreement or partnership. On
the basis of above analysis, it has been interpreted that there are 24 respondent and they said that
Brexit affect on the profit level of Rolls- Royce in United Kingdom in negative manner. On the
other hand, there are 6 respondents which are not agree with this.
Interpretation 9: Auto-mobile manufacturing is iconic form of the American manufacturing
that has been internal part of an economy. As per the opinion of 12 respondents that technology
is a main drawback that is faced through Auto-mobile sector because of presence of global
economic factors. If company will not able to adopt the new technology then it can not make
innovation in its business and face unnecessary issues. According to 10 respondents, marketing
is also a main drawback as companies of Auto-mobile industry can face the issues when
marketing at global level. They can face the issue related to determine needs and preferences of
people at the global level. 8 respondents are agree with overhauling the buying process.
Interpretation 10: Company face many complexities when it conduct operations at global level.
Through this, company can able to perform its operations in a better or effective way. On the
basis of opinion of 9 respondents that organisation can conduct market investigation so that they
can be know about needs and demands of customers in better manner. Through this, they can
