Executive Summary This report is based on identifying the impact of ageism on employee’s work performance and workplace culture ofSky UK limited. To achieve this purpose, various numbers of activities were completed by researcher in effective and systematic manner. Review of literature was done effectively by using books, magazines and many other secondary sources relevant to the topic. Frequency distribution analysis was used by researcher for analysing quantitative and primary data gathered from questionnaire.
