This research project aims to analyze the factors that influence overweight and obesity within young and adult people. The study explores the meaning and concept of obesity management, assesses its significance, and determines the factors that contribute to obesity. The research methodology involves qualitative research techniques and data collection from 20 young and adult individuals facing obesity issues. The findings highlight the impact of age, profession, physical health, eating habits, depression, sedentary lifestyle, and lack of exercise on obesity. The conclusion emphasizes the need for physical exercise, healthy diet, and proper sleep to overcome obesity. Recommendations include practicing yoga, understanding the importance of obesity management, and maintaining a scheduled food intake. References are provided for further reading.
