CONCLUSION After going through the above report it has been concluded that there are many different type of impact which will be seen by the HR department, for the same reason HR department of the company has to make sure that they used to bring the variety of the precautionary measure in the organization to maintain the same, Author and Data collected find out that providing good workplace and providing good sort of he training to the employee in the organization is one of the best way through which organization can reduce the impact of the same in the organization
REFLECTION Carrying out the study for Hilton, has helped me in evolving myself in variety of the different manner, as it has been identified that this study has helped me in gaining variety of knowledge and skill set. Looking at the knowledge it has been find out that I have gather variety of the knowledge in context of the topic, which will help me in carrying out any such research in future.
