This research focuses on the use of marketing and communication tools to promote sustainability in the hospitality industry during the COVID-19 pandemic. It discusses the impact of COVID-19 on the sustainability of the sector, different marketing and communication tools that can be used by Premier Inn, and the challenges faced by the hotel chain. The research methodology includes a literature review and primary data collection through a questionnaire. The findings highlight the importance of sustainability in the hospitality sector and current trends in sustainable practices.
