RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Research methodology is recognised to pick the most important area of an investigation
as it is effective in making appropriate selection of methodologies significant for assisting
investigation in the right manner. In the context of conducting an investigation it is required for
the mistake it up to select appropriate methodology is which interns in creating value in
generalising appropriate results in the context of analysing the study over the area of determining

Type of investigation:
In an investigation the primary consideration of an investigator is to select the most
effective type for analysing the overall work in right manner as it is fundamentally required to
select the type from qualitative and quantitative research as to make the overall work
approachable to evaluate probable results (Friday, and Sunday, 2019). In the context of this
presentation investigation quantitative research is considered to be the most effective
methodology as it is effective in providing descriptive analysis over the India of determining the
importance of contextualise in approaches of talent management in workplace for maximising
the operations and functions there for the students also effective in providing appropriate
information with the support of original facts and figures That is being gathered by The
observation analysis of humans opinion (Collings,, McDonnell, and McMackin, 2017).
Data collection:
In terms is also valuable in gathering suitable information from the appropriate sources
this section of investigation is mainly categorised among primary and secondary source of data
collection. In an investigation area these two are appropriate in gathering Babel information from
the most appropriate sources (Khoreva, Vaiman and Van Zalk, 2017). In terms of considering
an investigation over analysing the significance of contextualising approaches of talent
management in enhancing the operations of employees at work place, both primary and
secondary tools will be effective as these two are efficacious in providing assorted data. Primary
investigation will be implemented with the support of conducting survey in which questionnaire
is been developed to gather information from the wider population on the other side secondary
resources like books, generals, published in non-published research articles, past investigations at

Sampling: There are two effective techniques that can be used in sampling by every

of Grosvenor House Hotel there is a respondents base of 50 employees that is being selected by
the researcher for purpose of conducting research.
Data collection tools: There are some tools that are sued for the purpose of collection of
data it includes observation, focus groups, direct interviews etc. these are some of methods that
are very helpful in gathering of information (Tatoglu, Glaister, and Demirbag, 2016). In
present study, questionnaire as a method is sued for collecting of data.
Data Analysis: There are different techniques that can be sued such as content analysis,
coding etc. in t eh present scenario, content analysis is used for making analysis of information
more easy and simple (Khilji and Schuler, 201). Different themes have been prepared by
researcher for making analysis of research more systematic and appropriate.
Ethics: These are regarded as moral principles that are applied by a researcher. It consist
of certain ethical principle that can be used by researcher for purpose of minimization of risk,
avoidance of any deceptive practises and protection of overall confidentiality (Gallardo-
Gallardo, Thunnissen. and Scullion, 2019). Such ethical concerns are very useful for the
researcher in completion of research activities in a systematic and ethical way.
Reliability & validity: It is another method in which researcher has to focus on different
aspects for achievement of research outcomes.
Cost, access and ethical issues: Investigator gets a support in conducting whole study by
use of primary & secondary sources of collecting of information. Apart from this various ethical
practises are also sued by researcher for completion of study by researcher.
