retention.
Chapter one: Introduction
Background of the Research
The study aims to evaluate the staff retention policy of the business and identified the
factors which affect the staff retention, therefore, in today’s dynamic business era, developed
globalisation, with the social, economical or the technological advancement has resulted with a
fierce rivalry among the businesses. The shortage of talent is being recognised as the salient issue
and also creates competition within market (Aguenza and Som, 2018). However, business in the
modern era is widely concern over managing talent at workplace to enhancing the operational
ability of the business to attain growth and success. In this present report, analysis is based on the
study of AQUALISA , United Kingdom. AQUALISA Products Limited manufactures and
develops digital shower items. Therefore, the business offers digital, mixer, electric, family,
luxury, and eco showers. AQUALISA Products operates in the United Kingdom. The company
was founded in the year of 1976 by the significant efforts of Derek Goldsmith. Since the year of
1977 Aqualisa has been pioneering the way in which we shower simply because it believes that a
great day starts with a great shower. For the purpose of gaining development, the company is
concern over implementing effective staff retention policies to enhancing the suitability of
employees at workplace.
Rationale of the Research
The key rationale of executing study over the aspect of evaluating the staff retention policy
of the business and identified the factors which affect the staff retention, is that, it is that, staff
retention is the most considered issue in today’s business era and the study is effective in
providing suitable idea and recognition in relation to the chosen subject. Therefore, the study is
also creating value in enhancing personal as well as professional skills and ability of individual.
The study mainly initials the suitable retention policies that are effectively be implement bt the
business to enhancing the retention of employees at workplace (Ahammad and et.al ., 2016). The
study creates value in developing the professional ability to gain growth in future projects and
the personal ability will create value in gaining effective academic records. The another purpose
