This research explores the influence of digital technology, specifically Information Communication Technology (ICT), in the travel and tourism sector. It aims to understand the concept of ICT, determine its significance in the success of tourism enterprises, identify challenges faced in implementing ICT, and provide ways for its implementation. The study focuses on Tourism Union International Group (TUI) and addresses research questions related to ICT's concept, significance, challenges, and implementation methods. The research methodology involves qualitative research methods, an inductive research approach, random sampling, primary questionnaire data collection, and qualitative data analysis.
