In current business environment technology has play important role in order to achieve
goals and objectives effectively. Management of the company has develop strategies to run
whole business activities in a appropriate manner (Berman, 2012). Through this, firm are able to
enhance employees performance as well as productivity which help to produce high quality
product and services in long period of time. In this report choose ENGEO which has established
in the year of 1970 and almost 134 employees has work here in order to achieve organisation
goals and objectives. They are provide several kind of engineering services to their customers
like environmental, geotechnical, geology, water resources, hydrology, geologic hazard
abatement district, construction management and many more. In this report covers impact of
digital technology on organisation performance, research literature review and research
methodology. It also covers interpretation in order to draw valid outcome of whole research
activity in an effective ways. ENGEO has using digital technology in marketing as well as
promotional task so that they are able to reach large number of clients in limited period of time
effectively.

Technology has play very important role at work place that increase productivity of
employees which help to achieve goals and objectives in given time frame (Collins and
Halverson, 2018). Some important role of technology at work place are detail below:

activities in more effective ways. Which help to reduce work load form employees and
