company for attaining their desired goals and objectives in better manner. For small business, it
is necessary for identifying the impact of digital technology on their business operations and its
functions. SME and digitalisation technologies analyse and examine the new level of technology
which create impact on their business management (Cascio, 2018). An organisation need to
focus on their latest trends and develop effective business models which help in achieving
scalability in their business and they need to change in customers taste and preferences and
mainly focus on digitalisation which help in becoming key development success to the business.
1.2 Background
Generally, research has been develop in the market which assist in gathering and
collecting correct and necessary data and information for the sector and convert them for using
this in collecting data in effective way that manipulates the company for performing in higher
way. For determining the implication of digital technology on small business enterprises is
required for the firm. They also need to use or adopt latest technology and method which help
them in gaining maximum profitability. Thus, employees use these techniques for enhancing
their skills and abilities which help in earning more income and revenue in better manner.

methods and techniques which are useful for determining the impact of digital technologies on

1.6 Gantt chart
This is that thing which assist in developing correct schedule of entire project and it will
help in achieving specific task at each aspect. Usually, it is something which can demonstrate the
things in accurate manner and it is necessary for them is to complete the project on desired time
period. Along with this, it will also show the beginning to ending date of project which assist in
completing activity on given time which does not consider the needed terms and conditions.
Also, company manager require to divide the work in different department which help in
smoothly run the business and functions that is important for projects and they required to
attained basic objectives. There are various benefits and points which are describe as under:
Communication – It is necessary for every employees is to make proper communication
in their division among their work according to their roles and responsibilities which assist them
in completing each activity in better manner (Berman and et. al., 2012).
Time management – Make a proper time schedule which can assist them in maintaining
