With the help of this, company can easily invite as well as retain capable workers that may
reduce the employee turnover. Current research is based on Hilton hotel, is a famous global
brand that provide hospitality services to its customers as per their requirements. The main focus
of this company is to effectively manage talent that contributes in improving overall performance
of employees and organisation as well.

The main reason behind selecting this research is to analyse the importance of talent
management that support in improving the quality performance of workers at working area.
Along with this, it also helps investigator to enhance their skills and knowledge towards the
research topic. Along with this, it also provides support or direction to investigator in developing
depth analysis on the basis of particular research topic. This will directly contribute in providing
reliable and valid outcomes at the end of research. By this whole research can be undertaken in

I am glad that I got this opportunity to execute research activities on the basis of
importance of talent management. As it is broad topic that provide vast information through
which company can easily improve their performance. As a researcher I also increased my skills
and knowledge that support me in my career growth and at the same time also contributes in
developing an effective and reliable study. At the time of performing research activities, I face
various issues and complexities that is related with unethical behaviour of respondents, time, cost
and so on. For overcoming this issues I prepare a Gantt chart that includes entire activities of
research along with enough time frame. With the assistance of this, I can easily complete the
investigation and also raw a valid conclusion at the end of the study.
Alternative research methodology
While performing research activities, questionnaire was prepared by researcher that
provide authentic information towards the research topic. On the other side, interview is consider
as an best alternative methodology that can be used by researcher to gather primary information.
By this, researcher can easily analyse the what selected respondents think towards the talent
management and its impact over the productivity of employees.
CONCLUSION
As per preceding research it can be concluded that talent management refers to the
important process of hiring as well as retaining top talent for longer period of time. Mainly it is
also used as a strategic approach that used by hospitality industry in inviting talented workforce
so that they can easily put their best efforts and attain success as well. In addition of this,
appropriate selection process, performance assessment, compensation and many more are the

effective activity for employees because it help them in engaging as well as motivating so that
they put their best efforts for attaining their targets.
