This research project focuses on analyzing the role of equality and diversity practices in eliminating workplace discrimination. It specifically studies the case of Cadbury and aims to determine the importance of equality and diversity within the organization, identify the challenges faced by Cadbury due to workplace discrimination, and ascertain the relation between equality and diversity practices and the reduction of workplace discrimination. The research also explores the main benefits that equality and diversity practices provide to an organization and the major issues related to workplace discrimination that Cadbury may face. The project will use a descriptive research design and quantitative research approach, with data collected through questionnaires and secondary sources.
