employee relation at workplace.” A study on Morrisons.

Introduction
The present study initiates to determine the impact of workplace
discrimination on employee relation at workplace, therefore,
discrimination is a major issue which mainly affects the relation of
employees at workplace and it affects the overall progression of the
business. In this particular project Morrison’s is the chosen organisation as
it is a largest supermarket chain in the United Kingdom. The key intention
of the business is to developing business performance with the support of
decreasing the issue of workplace discrimination.

The key aim of this particular research is “To determine the impact
of workplace discrimination on employee relation at workplace.”
A study on Morrisons.

Research and Objectives
The potential objectives of this particular research that in-consist over this specific
area of study are described as below:
• To investigate the influence of workplace discrimination in an organisation.
• To determine different strategies applied by company to manage workplace
discrimination within the organisation.
• To identify the challenges faced by employees due to workplace discrimination.

In the present investigation work based on determining the impact of

thematic analysis has been applied by the researcher as it is most
suitable tool for evaluating justified outcome. Although, in this

Recommendation
From the descriptive evaluation of the dissertation it has been recommended that, it is
required for the businesses and its management to provide equal opportunity to
their employees from different culture, religion, case, colour and so on, therefore,
it is important for the businesses to implement good relationship with employees
at wider level. Furthermore, it has also been recognised that, as a large
supermarket chain it has been recommended to the Morrison to implement
suitable policies in regards to the approaches of discrimination for the purpose of
maintaining effective working culture.

Conclusion
After detained analysis of the project it has been concluded that, discrimination is
recognised to be a major issue which has wider influence over the operations
and progression of the business. Therefore, in today’s modern era the key
motive of each small as well as large business enterprises is to attaining higher
growth and success via managing the issue of discrimination at workplace,
thus it is important for the businesses and its management to manage
discrimination at work place for the purpose of developing effective
interrelationship among emplo.yees as it is imperative in developing the
operations of the business in effective manner.
