ABSTRACT
Main purpose of conducting this research is identifying the major effects of sustainability
on supply chain management of Savoy Hotel, London. This purpose has been achieved by using
primary and secondary data, with the help of books, articles and many other sources of
secondary data collection, researcher has been achieved all objectives through research
questions. Questionnaire helped in getting of valid outcomes that result in attainment of all
objectives in completion of full research in systematic manner. Main findings of this research is
majority of participants have understood about the sustainability and its impact of supply chain.
Sustainability is important is supply chain management because it reduced the wastage and helps
an organisation in fulfilment of its corporate social responsibility. It has been find out that
sustainable supply chain helps in improvement of productivity level while saving cost at the
same time. With the help of sustainable techniques and resources, business has to increase their
efficiency of buildings. Main conclusion of current study is sustainability is essential and
beneficial for business organisation in improvement of its supply chain management because it
reduces waste, attract investors and increase business ability to comply with regulations. At last,
present study recommends that there are different ways to Savoy Hotel, London in maintaining
of sustainability within their organisation. Reducing carbon footprint, go green etc. are main
suggestions to hospitality industry in maintaining of sustainability at destination.
