With the use of technicaladvancement it can be possible to enhance business operation by creating new way of competingin market (Emerging Technology In The Airline Industry, 2018). Therefore, technology isdesigned with the object of solving problems in terms to meet the human needs and wants. It aidsto have reduction in cost, enhancement in operational efficiency and to improvise the customerexperience. Therefore, number of booking application with the use of internet the customers canable to get the cheapest flight. The present research proposal is based on business activities of British airways, It is thesecond largest airline in the United Kingdom. This enterprise is using internet of things andtechnological tools to attract and influence customers. Hence, aims and objectives has to beframed on the basis of research topic- AIM-To examine how technology and internet influence people to find cheaper flight tickets.With reference to case study of British Airways.
