INTRODUCTION
Talent management refers to anticipation of the needed human capital for an organisation
and planning in order to meet with the needs. This is process through which firms identify and
develop the talented people which can have positive impact on organisations and growth. This is
systematic process of determining vacant positions, hiring suitable person (Alias, Nor and
Hassan, 2016). Developing expertise knowledge of person to match position and sustaining them
to achieve the long term business aim. This report is related to The Royal National Hotel. It is
largest hotel in UK in terms of bedrooms with the 1630 rooms which spreads over the eight
storeys. Under given report will be discuss about Project management plan covering scope, risk,
duration, resources and cost. The methods of data collection and resourcing is going to discuss
present report.

Talent management is full scope of the process of Human Resource to attract, motivate
and sustain the high performance workers. It is considered as most necessary organisational
practice that assist in assuring that workforce should be contain with the desired capabilities and
skills so this would able to perform the business operations in significant manner. Its aim is to
motivating, engaging and sustain the staff members to make them perform effectively. The
Royal National Hotel is large size hotel in London in terms of bed. It provides the better
accommodation facilities, dining and drinking options consisting carvery, coffee shop and others.
Employee engagement is workplace approach that resulting in right situations for all the
members of company to committed towards organisational values and objectives (Chandani and
et. al., 2016). There is positive relationship among employee engagement and talent
management. Better policies related to talent management result in low turnout and higher
engaged staff in company.

To determine impact of the talent management on employee engagement. A study on
The Royal National Hotel.

According to Momtazion, (2016), Talent management refers to the skills to attracting,
determining, developing and at the same time also retaining workers to attain success. Mainly, it
is committed towards the hiring, managing excellent employees within the company that support
in making them able to accomplishing their targets. In this, manager of company is responsible
for motivating as well as encouraging workers to put their best efforts at working area to attain
their targets. Along with this, it is also help in engaging workers and create more reasons to stay
within the company. In context to this, an organisation can increase employees performance in
an easy manner and develop positive working environment. In addition of this, effective
management of talent also develop workforce strong and they will also feel more engaged
organisational activities. This will directly contributes in increasing the retention rate through
which company can meet their operational requirements and attain success.

According to Elegbe, (2016), Talent management is an important HR function that play a
crucial role in retaining workers for longer period of time. One of the main advantage of the
talent management is to make staff memberss to perform activities in systematic manner. This
will directly contributes in increasing their performance level. In this context, there are some
advantage of talent management within the business organisation:
Retain employees: Effective management of talent help in making worker more
productive as they attain target and make improvement in their performance level. With
regards this, an organisation can sustain them for longer time period that may contributes
in reducing the turnover of company.

effectively admittance business strategy. This will put positive impact on the workers
performance that supports in increasing the positive brand reputation in market. Along with this,
it also offer better customer satisfaction , development of product, making innovation and many
more. All these are main aid in building commitment that contributes in reducing the expense. If
manager of company manage their workforce effectively then they easily engage them towards
the its set targets and also develop their motivation level. This will contributes in increasing
better brand image at the market place.

action course.

activities of project (Moayedi and Vaseghi, 2016). Estimated

amount that required in project will be £25000. On the other
hand, budgeted amount required through investigator will be
£5000.
Time For attaining project activities, there will be requirement of
70 days. On other hand, investigator will need around 50
days to finish research project.
Quality The Royal National Hotel offers the high quality of services
to consumers while managing internal talent that support in
deal with changes that present in external market. An
investigator assure use of the primary information for
performing research to get reliable information for attaining
organisational objectives.
Risk For The Royal National Hotel, there is a risk related to time,
data collection and they develop negative impact on project
outcomes. In terms of research, risks are related to obsolete
technology, lack of time and finance to completion of
investigation.
Communication The Royal National Hotel use many channels of
communication like emails, conferencing etc. Other than this,
investigator can use communication devices such as video
calls, social medial sites and others.
Resources The Royal National Hotel will need some resources to
complete project for an instance financial resources,
technological and human resource (Mohammed, 2016). It is a
responsibility of researcher to use these resources in proper
manner for attaining positive outcomes.
