Furthermore, the report will cover inclusive practices and discusses arrangements needed by inclusive practice. TASK A 1.1) Explain the purpose of resources in teaching and learning The sources of learning experience is provided through resources which is bridge between teacher & learner. The relationship is develop between teacher and learner while making use of resources in teaching. The increase of interaction helps teachers in understanding students problem and several solutions are provided to solve problem. The resources act as tool that provides experience to learners regarding several topics. Being teacher of business it is important to use wide range of teaching and learning resources for providing in-depth knowledge about topic so that student can create interest in class and focus can be on learning. The skills and attitude is develop through resources which is foundation of learning(Butler, Burns, and Robson,2021). Presentation is provided by teachers in class as teacher take use of several tools which leads to giving various knowledge to students. For teachers resource are supporting tool in order to improve studying patters of students. To make learners engage in classroom latest resources are use by business teacher which helps in performing task effectively by teaching them in effective way. The learning resources involves to engage with different learning styles, reinforcing of learning, supporting and motivating individual learning. In learning and teaching the purpose of utilising resources assist learners to passively engage in activity of learning as tasks are provided which enables learners in development of its skills and knowledge as to 1
achieve learning in fruitful manner. The teacher of business make use of effectual teaching methods it assist students in increasing more knowledge by securing that all students have good understanding of lessons. The resources which are used is books, electronics instrument, internet and visual prompts. The use of resources in learning and teaching process are effective as students & teachers have flexibility to get access of knowledge & information without any supervisory support or guidance. 1.2) Evaluate the effectiveness of specific resources In the specialism area of business teacher take use of several resource that gives deeper knowledge to topic. The practical and theoretical knowledge is provided by teachers to students that connect to value and understanding of relevant topic. Students gets vast knowledge of management tools which an organisation make use such as planning, organising, staffing etc. the use of presentation as resource in classroom gives the better learning. By use of this resources students behaviour is changed & effective teaching is provided by teachers(Cornbleth, 2018). It is required by business teacher to haveunderstanding of particular students needs and using resources which helps in serving those needs. The effectual usage of resources in business is crucial for students growth and development. In education there is utilization of various resources to better the course of study in inclusive manner, among these are feedbacks, peers, standardization meetings. The organisation curriculum is design by business teacher in such manner as to develop skills by matching with abilities of learners in order to meet individual learners needs. The business teacher will set suitable level of challenges for enabling students to seek business practices & management as to adopt skills which supports in coping with situations in manageable way. The feedback practice provides complete information & students learning by knowing perspective of learner in teaching process. uses cycle in which each step is followed. The information is given in process form which can be forget by students. For this teacher links every topic with the previous one as to increase learning of students and new information is imparted(Fu and Satrianawati, 2020). Internal motivation is principle of resource design as interest in classroom is created by teacher by teaching and giving effective knowledge in respect to business that leads to increase of motivation. This helps students in learning several concepts by knowing new information as to increase students knowledge. Before starting any lesson business teacher is need to execute and make resource design with effective plan that will help in makinglearning more effective and brings out best from students(Martin, Sun, and Westine, 2020). Meeting learning needs on time is principle of resource design when offering lessons tom learners by categorising as per their capacity. Updated technologies are used by business teachers which helps in conducting classes in effective way. The usage of user-friendly resources is principle of resources design as they are made use for teach and acquire knowledge to utilise resources in simple and hassle-free for learners and teachers. The teacher is required to be familiar with subject of business(Abbas, et.al, 2021). 2.2)Examination of sources that inform about the resource development There are two types of sources that can be used in the development of the resource. These two sources are the formal and the informal sources. Moreover, I have used both the source while delivering the lectures to the students. The informal developmental resources are the practices in relation to the colleagues and peers, networking with reference to a specific subject. The internet is one of the best way to develop the resource. As a instructor, I advise the students to use the internet in order to research on the specific topic. Moreover, I have also given various other options to research to the students such as reading books by going to library, etc. These students has to give more chance to grow and develop their personality by doing research in the respective subject matter. There is also the another option that is called as the peer learning in order to learn the subject matter by the pupil in the class. The peer learning means when two colleagues or friends sit altogether in order to learn on the specific topic. This would increase the learning of both the individuals in less time. Moreover, the pupil would get the solutions to their question by this method(Horner, et.al, 2020). The formal sources are those sources of which is being published by the publisher such as the journals, books, etc. These are being used by the students in the learning process. It helps in 3
increasing the learning process of the individuals. It has also provided the authentic information to the respective pupil. This is because it is being written and designed by the educational professions of the country. These resources aid the student while increasing their learning in the organisation. It would also aid the students in its overall personality development. Moreover, the teacher is also confirmed by the use of the formal resources. This is because there is very less chances of wrong content in the formal source of information as it has been checked at various levels before getting it published in the market(Dohlman, et.al, 2019). 2.3) Analysis on how theories, principles and models of inclusive curriculum design in the organisation. I have developed my resources according to the theories, models, and principles that are being utilised in its inclusive curriculum. I have used the theory of Maslow hierarchy which would aid the students in learning procedure. This theory is basically based on theneeds of the individuals. It explains that the needs of the individuals are designed in a hierarchy. This hierarchy has five levels as per the needs of the people. More over, I have too addressed the bloom taxonomy that would also heighten the learning of the student. Further more, each step would help the individual in the procedure of learning(Mc Guire, 2021). The bloom taxonomy aids the pupil to evolve a good mind. Hence, it can solve different problems on its own basis. The learning quality becomes the chance for the students in the present scenario. It could also create possibility for its life. In addition to this, I would introduce the internet in the learning area that would provide with the knowledge to the students. In addition to this, the students could also use the internet while creating the project. Moreover, these type of resources too helps n developing the student's learning power while increasing the will of the pupil in the classroom(Mc Candless and Hoerger, 2022). 2.4) Analysing ways in which resources that can be adapted to enable an inclusive approach. The understanding of the inclusive teaching and learning plays an important role inthe learning procedure. The inclusive approach is very useful in the process of learning. The paper based activities are majorly used in the classrooms in order to make the cognition process of learning more effective in the classroom. This theory aids the individual in order to learn different things. Moreover, I have promoted various resources that would develop the cognitive power of the pupil. As a teacher, I could acknowledge the various level of student learning in order to utilise the different methods that would heighten the student cognitive power. Moreover, 4
the flexible resources would aid the student in increasing the learning power. Moreover, the paper is widely used in this process of learning. This can also be seen that the use of pictures and diagrams also aid in the learning process. The instructor has used various learning procedure under this theory. Moreover, the colour paper adds to the effectual learning step of the pupil in the classroom. All this would attract the pupil in the process of gaining knowledge from the instructor in the class(Tavoosy and Jelveh, 2019). 2.5) Design the resources to engage and meet individual needs of learners Designing resources is a crucial process for the teachers as it is required to include the needs of the educate along with the requirements that should be utilised while meeting them in the class. This is the only step where the design would become necessary for the development of the student. There are various resources that must be avail be in the class in order to deliver an effectual lecture in the class. These resources involves the use of black board, pen , chalk, technology, videos, power point presentations, etc. Moreover, by the use of these resources the teacher can actually explain the clear concept of the subject matter in the class room to the respective students. It would also increase the level of education along with its quality that can be seen in the learner of the respective organisation(Palacios, 2019). 2.6) Employ resources to engage and meet the individual needs of learners As a teacher, I use different sources of learning in order to meet the requirements of the students. It is important for a teacher to ensure the availability of resources in learning process. It is a responsibility of a teacher to realise the necessity of students by acquiring information regarding their needs. There are various techniques that are used by educators in order to make learners understand the complex or rigid concepts in a simplified manner. They are required to provide with essential handouts of the subject notes and must render the details related to the books which the learners required to refer for their further studies. Educators can make use of practical approach while addressing lectures(Coppell, 2020). It will help in maintaining interest among the students to learn something new. All time mugging up techniques is not needed. It is important that a teacher should make out the problems from the questionsasked by learners. A teacher plays a vital role in a student's life. They posses a greater responsibility to shape the character of a student whether personal or professional than any body else. Educators could also use the method of giving assignments to the learners. This would help them to apply their cognitive minds for doing research in a particular area. They can also use the techniques such as group 5

discussions, brainstorming and quizzes. It would help in making their memories sharp. These activities needs proper attention and focus. Such activities should follow with certain rewards which helps in encouraging the students to take part in these type of brain exercises. It is very crucial to provide feedback to the learners(Biasin and Evans, 2019). 3.1) explain ways in which resources can be classified and stored Teachers use to provide all the necessary resources to the learners so that they can understand the difficult topics in an easy manner. But on the other hand, it is also important to manage these resources so that it can be used in future also. It takes a lot of efforts and hard work to prepare notes in this much quantity that it could be supplied to each and every student. So, they are required to be managed in a proper condition by storing them in a suitable place. It is not easy to store all the records and information as it is difficult for the teachers to find these sources when urgently needed. Before storing the resources at the right place, it is important to classify or categorize them according to the subjects in order to avoid any sort of confusion in future. The resources could be stored in two ways, one is physical and another is digital. Physically the resources such as books, notes, handouts, etc can be stored in the library, teacher's personal lockers, class room cupboards(Dowie, 2022). Whereas, the other way to store the resources is in digital form which includes personal computers, hard disks, pen drives, personal laptops, etc. where all sort of details related to the subjects can be listed in terms of data, files, pdf's, etc. It is not an easy task to manage all the information in physical as well as digital form. There is a risk of losing the data from any of the digital platform may it be computers, laptops, pen drive, etc. This method is also very costly for the institutions because they need to purchase various types of software in order to save them from any kind of loss. 3.2) review ways of sharing resources The resources that are being prepared by the educators are not meant for their personal use but it is also require to share these resources with the other fellow teachers. As it is not important that every teacher will get a chance to teach a particular subject throughout their lives. They have to teach some other subjects also according to revision done in curriculum. For that reason teachers are required to share the resources with the other educators so that it would be easy for them to transfer the knowledge to students(Sommerauer and Müller, 2018). Every teacher put equal efforts in preparing resources in order to provide quality education to students. That is why they must share the resources with each other in order to enhance process of learning among the 6
learners. Before sharing resources, educators are required to check the content thoroughly. This could be possible only when teachers keeps a regular check on sources while sharing them with fellow educators. This would helps in avoiding confusion among the teachers. The source must be prepared in such a way that the students as well as other teachers can understand the content present in the notes without any sort of difficulty. Along with this, the method through which the source is being shared must be suitable so that the receiver should not face any problem while accessing the source. For example- if a teacher has received any source in the form of a power point presentation in order to teach the students on the smart board, and for the same, the receiver opens its mail id to download the particular source from there. But after reaching to the decided platform, no presentation is showing in inbox of the receiver. This would create a problem for the teacher who has received the slides from other fellow educator(Orsmond, Merry and Reiling, 2022). 4.1) review legal requirements and responsibilities There are certain legal r5equirements attached with the transferring of sources from one teacher to another. The resources are prepared by the teachers with full dedication and hard work. It needs proper time to produce quality resources for students. In order to keep it safe and secure from any kind of irregular activity such as, stealing and copying the sources and selling them to other students in order to receive monetary benefits. Educators must know all the legal responsibilities in order to stop such illegal activities. Intellectual property law protects the original and genuine work in terms of writings from all such deviations. There are many cases in which the middlemen or other students use to steal the sources in order to deliver them to other students or teachers of other institutions. Intellectual property law provides protection in terms of trademark, copyright and patents. The acts which are stated below are important for the educators in terms of using the resources with full safety- Health and Safety at Work Act, 1974-this act ensures safety at the workplace from any kind of harm. It also provides secure environment to all the resources that provide support to the teachers of an institution so as to furnish required knowledge to the students(Khalil, Abdel and Elkhider, 2018). Corporate Design and Patent Act 1988-this act preserves all sort of creators and writers who produce their original work in terms of writing books, preparing notes, files or pdf's. Creators can share their sources with other individuals if they wish to do so. 7
Equality act 2010-this act talks about equality which is to be provided in each area of employment including the field of teaching. Every individual associated with particular institutionholdsequalrighttoaccesstheresourcesthataremadeavailableto them(Schunk and Di Benedetto, 2020). All these are important legislations that re required to be understood by the educators while producing and sharing the sources with each other. It will help in regulating the irregular activities such as stealing and copying of sources by the middlemen to receive personal benefits. 4.2) analyse the implications of intellectual property rights and copyright When the educators use to develop the resources which is used by the other fellow teachers and students, they must be adhere with all the rules and regulations that are mentioned under the intellectual property law and copyright act(Kirshner and Whitson, 2021). This is important to perform before storing any kind of information on digital as well as physical platform as it provides safety to the resources from unlawful stealing and copying of the genuine work. It also helps in avoiding any sort of legal consequences which includes certain penalties for not complying with the legislations. That is why it is important for educators to include the above laws while making and using the resources. Teachers are required to form necessary strategies in order to assure that every single resource is stored according to the laws and regulations. 5.1 Evaluate the effectiveness of own practice in relation to development and use of resources It is very essential for me to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of my own practice in order to ensure my performance in terms of delivering lectures to students and providing them with required resources. It helps me to ascertain the direction in which I am teaching. That the manner of providing knowledge of business management is suitable or not. It is important that students are able to understand the complex topics in a simplified way. I need to be efficient enough in terms of solving the queries of students. I prefer to receive feedbacks from students as well as from fellow educators. It helps to analyse my strong and weak areas. After evaluating the weak areas, I will try to make necessary improvements in the same(Borg, 2019). And the strengths will provide motivation in terms of enhancing my performance in an effective manner. A teacher can get the idea that whether students are taking interest in their lectures by the way in which they put all their queries in front of them. 8

Various essential strengths which were identified by me at the time of analysis of effectiveness were good skills of communication, wide knowledge of subjects, good numeracy and ICT skill, and many more. I found many areas for effectiveness which I mentioned below: I get to know that I am not good in managing time because at the time of presentation I skip some slides because of less availability of time. This makes confusion and this is why I need to work on this area(White, 2021). This is more important for me to built confidence but I am not good when it comes to built confidence and this results in negative impact on students. The student feels that I am not a good teacher and they also think that I have less knowledge of subject, this is because of less confidence. So, this is an area which I have to improve. I found that there are various students who are unable to understand presentation of power point. I found that I am not good to find out student's learning preferences. Because of this they do not take interest in my class. 5.3Plan opportunities to improve own skills in development and use of resources in own specialist area This is essential for understand concept to prepare the plans for teachers.
