Mission and vision of the website:
The mission of the website is to create a sustainable ecommerce market place. The website
strives to offer quality products in affordable price with the best practice for the consumer
satisfaction with the major focus on the consumer convenience for online shopping.
The vision of the website is to create a consumer centric marketplace which offers the latest and
greatest on the mobile and Smartphone products. Creating a global reach with the website is the
most important vision of the website.
Identification of the target audience:
The target audience for the website includes people of all ages and sectors with special focus on
the tech savvy youngsters.
E-commerce business and revenue model:
Business model:
There are various ecommerce business and revenue model that are followed by the ecommerce
companies. The models include b2b, b2c, c2c, or c2b. The website follows b2c model for the
ecommerce business. The model follows the traditional retail like marketing style but the
products are sold online through internet. Here the consumers get the information about the
products like specification and price of the product. Consumer chose the product based on the
requirements. Once the product is selected it is added to the cart. The customer has to complete
the order by choosing the preferred payment like online payment or traditional cash on delivery
option. The product is then delivered to the consumers to the provided address during purchase
of the product.

Revenue model:
There are various ecommerce revenue model like direct sales model, fermium model,
subscription model and credit model. Direct sales model charges the customer as the product is
purchased and delivered to the customer. Fermium model allows the customer to make a trail
before purchasing. The customer can change certain feature of the product and if satisfied they
can opt for purchasing. Consumers are required to make payment if opted for the premium
features. The subscription model charges then customer on a subscription basis based on the
subscription plan. The model is used to retain the customer for long basis and charges the
customer during the subscription model. However the customer has to renew the payment if
opted for service continuation. The credit model allows the customer to choose the service and
pay later according the chosen credit plan. The website follows direct sales model revenue
generation.
SWOT analysis of the Website:
SWOT analysis of the website helps to identify the strength, weakness, opportunities and
threats associated with the website design. The analysis is helpful to identify the factors that need
to be addressed for modifications and improvement of the website for better performance.
Strengths:
The website has several strengths that have been identified with the SWOT analysis. In
terms of design the website follows a very neat and clean design style. The design is not only
intuitive but also visually appealing which is an added advantage and add strength to the website
