Leadershipdevelopment in the modern era results a business unit in developing a significant impact ofemployee efficiency and result generation in the business unit (Cacioppe and Albrecht, 2010).The present study will focus on analysing the role and significance of leadership in anorganisational unit. To evaluate the effective impact of the same on business growth anddevelopment Case analysis of Hilton Hotel will be undertaken. The study will thus evaluate themeasures of attaining business objectives of the company in an effective manner. TASK 1 1.1 Analysing the impact of organizational objectives, values and culture on the leadershipLeadership plays a significant role in attaining business goals and objectives within themarket. It helps the business unit in creating a significant impact on analysing the growth anddevelopment aspects within this competitive economy (Allen and Kusy, 2011). Organisationalobjectives, ideology, values, beliefs and cultural aspects carry a significant impact on employeesand their working culture. Leadership are influenced directly by the stated factors. Leaders arethe ones who the power to influence the employees in order to attain the business objectives andgoals. This helps them in enhancing business productivity in the economy. Leadership in Hilton Hotel is widely focused and developed for attaining high successmeasures for the business unit. Organisational objectives, values and culture are managed in aneffective manner to attain high employee engagement in the business. Vision, mission, valuesand objectives are developed by the top management of the company (Bolea and Atwater,2015.). These represent the goals and strategic plan of the business. In order to developcompetitive edge in the economy employee contribution and support is significant for theorganisation. The stated factors are communicated and explained to employees through managersand leaders in the organisation. This helps the business in developing an effective means of goalattainment for the company (Ghosh, Haynes and Kram, 2013).
