finer understanding the difference between role of a leader and functions of manager. Company
was founded in 1919 and has its headquarters in Crewe, United Kingdom.
This project includes a comparative study between role and characteristics of leader as
well as managers in connection with different business situations. It also illustrates role of
leaders and managers in managing business operations. This project depicts relationship between
leadership and management in accordance with dynamic business environment.
