This study aims to understand the importance of managing talent and identify technological advancements in talent management in Nisa, a UK retail sector. It focuses on the role of technological advancements in talent management and recommends strategies for better utilization of technological advancements in talent management. The study uses qualitative research and thematic perception test technique for data analysis. The survey results show that mobile learning is an effective strategy for training and development of employees, and LMS software is very effective for talent management. The study suggests that wider and target talent search is the most effective use of technology in talent management.
