This is because in the modern times, the company or the organization has started to recruit the
employees from different parts of the country rather than recruiting them from their own country
or their homeland. This shows that they are becoming much more traditional and also trying to
expand their employee base by recruiting them from many other parts of the country.
Multiple roles
The HRM officials are now taking up many additional works apart from the age old set of roles
and responsibilities that they had. This is because in Mangatieke medical Hub, they are trying to
focus over not only recruitment but they are also trying to make sure that they are also taking
care of the accountancy and the other such departments. This is really helping them a lot as they
are able to face challenges and gain new knowledge.
They are trying to use the new and advanced technological devices and software’s so that they
are able to use it for the overall working of the organization. This is evident that they are now
trying to collaborate with those organizations that will be helping them to overcome the issues
and the errors that would otherwise arise because of the traditional or the age old methods that
are being used by the HR managers.

Internal
Diversity and cross cultural management is one of the major issues that is being faced by
the company. This is because they recruit employees from many other ethnic groups as
like the Maori, Aboriginals and also others.
Lack of a well organized communication facility is a major threat as this affects the
smooth flowing of the information among employees in different departments of the
organization.
The excessive rigid system of organizational culture that is followed in the organization
also leads to huge issues in business decision making. There is actually no spec or very
little space for the improvements or the changes that are to be made in the organization.
External
Large scale technological developments will be making huge amount of issues as their
work will get hampered. They will find it really tough to match up with the standards of
their competitors if they do not use the modern advanced technology
They have to work over their salary or payment structure. This is because if they do not
pay good salaries to their employees then they will naturally try to look for some
alternative job sources in the other countries like UK, Australia and others.
