A.
Adanna has 3 children and she wants to visit the English classes. Therefore, she is
worried about her kids, as they need to be kept at child care centre. The response to the said
question shall be that she should not worry about her children, will be taking utmost care for the
health and safety of the kids. Apart from it, a homely environment will be provided to all the
three toddlers (Bredekamp, 2014).

The educator may ask her to provide the details regarding what are the likes and dislikes
of the children in terms of what they prefer to eat, what are the sleeping time and eating time,
what kind of food shall be provided to all three of the kids, her personal details in case of any
urgency, any sort of disease or harm the child is facing, etc.

The family can be provided varied information regarding the duration of the time limit till
the child can be take care of. The roles and responsibilities of educator and the child care centre.
In case of any emergency the guardians need to collect the child immediately from the centre
(Daley and McGannon, 2014).
D.
The information provided by the educator can be checked by consulting the parents or
guardians of another children. It can also consult and cross check with the other members of the
child care centre. Review the policies on internet and confirms that whether it is relevant of not.

Adanna is a refuge as she had come from Sudan, after the death of her sister and husband.
She is the single lady and does not have any means of earning presently (Teo, 2015). The child
care centre can provide her part time service through which she can earn her livelihood. This can
be done by the means asking her to work as an assistant and aid the educator in managing the
other children.

The families are involves in the National quality Standard by taking the utmost care of
the health and safety of the children. They make sure that accurate informations about the

children are provided to the child care centre so that they can provide the child with proper
medicines at times of urgency.

Earlier the families were not involved in providing the correct and relevant informations
regarding their children to the educator. Apart from it, after leaving the children in the care
centre, the infants are the responsibility of the management and they does not confirm and ensure
about them by making a call or consulting the educator.

A.
The parents can discuss any issues regarding their child with the management or the
owner of the care centre. For instance, if the parents are facing issues regarding the present
health and safety of the children, as their child may not be getting the required nutrient then they
may discuss it with the supervisors (Fenech, 2014).

In case of any issues regarding the health or behaviour of the children, the supervisor or
the care taker of the child needs to discuss the issue with the management and then convey the
same to their guardians.
C.
The educator may firstly try to resolve the problem by itself, if he/she fails to do so then
he might convey the same to the immediate supervisor. The manager will then tries to find the
root cause of the problem and discuss it with the directors of the firm. In the end, a letter is wrote
to the parent or guardian of the child to discuss the issue.
D.
Documentation of the said process can be done in following format:
 Identifying the root cause
 Finding solutions and actions to the problem.
 Examining the action can be implemented or not.
 Preparing the final and alternative plan (Care, 2014).

These consultation takes place at the higher authority level by the directors of the
company. The obligation of the parent and educator are to provide the accurate information to
the consultation firm, to define accurately what the problem is and the root cause of the same.
All these will enable consultation to resolve the problem with utmost care.

The services provided by the child care centre are basically community services which
each citizen of the country can avail. These are a kind of non-profit organization wherein the
child can be nurtured and taken care of by keeping them under a care taker. All these comprises
of a community services.
