1.1 Accommodation and service provided
by Front office of different Organisation
There are various accommodation facilities which hotels offer
they are; Single Bedding, Double Bedding, Twin Rooms.
Service provided by the front office in hotel are:
• The front office department provides the detail of the hotels,
the availability of the room as per the requirement of the
customers or checks on the blockages of the room and try to
manage or remove them.

• They offer the services of redress al of complains by the
customers regarding the hotel or it services.
• They check on the requirements of the consumer and offer
service according to it.
• The front office keeps the track on the sanitation of the
rooms it cleanliness and the disposal of wastage in a
proper way before the room is allotted to the customers.
• They provide the service of cash withdrawal and deposit
on counters to all it customers.

1.4 Evaluate the service provided by the
Room Division Department
• The room division department has various jobs to perform for
the functioning of the hotel they see to the services like room
service, offering up of food and beverages, ironing, laundering
of clothes, etc.
• But, the are differences in the way they provided services.
• The three star hotel like Phoenix will provide the service of
rooms and the meals chosen by the customers along with other
basic amenities like; lighting, bedding, toilets.

star hotel like Hilton London will provide
luxurious services along with all the basic
amenities. The Hotel will provide extra care and
