This paper mainly focuses on the organization “Greensafe” which is one of the consulting, auditing, training and outsourcing organization that is mainly dedicated to provide proper workplace safety and health, environment and quality services to different industries and workplaces. The paper discusses the planned project timing plan, analysis and description of process, discussion that generally surrounds product of value realized by the work, meeting the learning outcomes, and examining the critical practical concerns that arise in carrying out a project within the workplace and synthesise the constraints that exist within such frameworks.
