stable person need to choose one specific career path. This is helpful in relation develop the
things in professionally manner. The best career will give the guidance to have growth in the

some good company. I am looking for to have human resource managerial job in this relation
I want to develop my key strength.

important to develop key strength or to want to enhance my key experience. The

help of bring an effective HR manager it is ensure to negotiate the things in effectively
manner. However, effective human resource manager is needed to be specific about the
recruiting, hiring and managing the employees in effective manner. These is define in
following manner as are-
Organization culture- The one of the important human resource management skills is
to successfully work in the HR organisation. The HR must be well known about the
things and must be perfect about the time management activities so that I can develop
myself in relation to get succeed. With the help of enhancing my knowledge I can
develop my skills in the effective manner. In order to develop organisational skill I should
attend the internship program of some good company so that I can able to do work in
related to paperwork must be correctly. The internship training will help me to develop
my key strength so that I can do my work in professional manner. To be successful HR

manager person need to be effective in time management activities. This kind of activities
will be helpful in relation to develop my key strength.
Negotiation- This is one of the second important essential things in relation to human
resource management skill is needed to be successful so that I can negotiate the things in
the effective manner. The main goal in this relation is to end up with the two parties and
this is need to be satisfied with the outcome.
Communication- The communication is one of the important things and it is need to
be effective so that he is able to develop his managerial skills. With the help of managing
key skills I can able to make better communication between the team members. This kind

communication skills i can able to develop my key strength so that i can actively manage
the things in the effective manager. In this is manner it is essential to bitterly
communicate with management. I am not good in managing communication with the
people so i will take the training program where I can develop my communication skills.
therefore, it can be said that the HR need to be effective in making communication with
the people which will be helpful in manner to have convincing, caring, believable. The
HR professionals must have better communication skills. This will be helpful in order to
do the things in professionally and expertise mode.
Change management- The human resource manager need to be effective with the
things like task force, metrics and to do the things in expertise manner. The HR manager
must be effective in relation to deal with the activities like change management. The
company has to bring changes in its activities to cope with the outside area, the changes
are very helpful in relation to manage with the innovation process. The human resource
manager needs to cope up with each activity. The innovation is the term which is helpful
to enhance the brand image of firm in market. I can able to develop my skills in this
relation after having training so that I can better work in effective manner.
Conflict management and problem solving- The human resource manager is need to
be effective in relation to provide high productive activities. I should know how to deal

to communicational activities. My English was good but my confidence level always stopped

be effective in order to manage all the key strength. With the help of develop key skill I can
do the things in future effectively. To deal with the complex situation person need to
develop his communication skill. I want to develop these skills in relation to managing
successful career. With the help of becoming talented professionals I can able to deal
with each task. I will develop my key strength in order to do each thing effectively.
The HR need to be expert in relation to develop skills in the field of managing culture

effective manner. With the help of developing confidence in me i am able to handle
each task effectively.
