Sales employee-Hello, I am the sales employee who will be looking after you today. I am
working in the Apple store and will be selling the products. I will make s sure to give you all the
necessary details of the products that you will select. As I have been appointed as a sales
manager, I will be explaining all the new and existing products that have been launched in the
store.
Aman- Hi, I am now to this store and I want to see the best product that will be able to solve my
needs. I want to make a good selection within a very pocket-friendly budget. I am really finding
this task to every tough. I do not know where to seek help. So, I have come down to this Apple
store.
Sales Employee- Please does not worry about that. We are there to help you. I would also like to
inform you that at this Apple outlet we give you detailed information about the educational
background of the employees. I promise you that our entire sales team will try their level best to
give out the best shopping experience. I will try to make sure that you get the best product at the
best possible price.
Sales Employee -I will start with my introduction. I am appointed in this store as a sales
executive at this Apple store. As far as my past experience is concerned I have been working in
the sales and marketing department for the last two years. So, owing to my past experience I
think that I will be able to help you.
Sales Employee -I would like to show you our wide range of products like the iPad, MacBook',
iPhones and other such products. As part of my duty, I am expected to interact with all the

product MacBook. This will be very helpful for you and will also come within your budget.

Sales employee- I would like to introduce myself to you. I have been working as the senior
executive officers of Apple California for about the last five years. I feel that it is a privilege for
me to address you. Every year we get many new customers like you. This is really a very big
opportunity for us. I feel myself to be obliged as I get the chance to interact with such potential
customers like you.
Aman-Sir, I have seen that for the past few years there are many problems that are being faced
by Apple. There is a huge competition that is arising in front of it. Thus, it is really becoming a
fear for the company.
