is based on blog which is written on the marketing topic. It involve the planning, creation,
promotion and analysis of a blog (Mönch and et. al., 2018). In the today’s world, the use of
technology has been increases which also bring several of changes in the methods or modes of
marketing. Several of people writing blogs and getting revenue by driving traffic on th websites
and blogs. This report deals with the marketing plan, SEO and keyword techniques, data analysis
along with the reflective assessment including Gibb's reflective cycle which should include the
challenges which I faced during writing the blog.

Discussion of SEO and Keyword techniques
Search engine optimization is defined as the process of optimizing the websites for the purpose
of ranking well on search engines through organic or non paid searches. It is found as the most
important marketing strategy for any business organization because the objective of Google is to
provide best experience to its user for their searches. Hence, the aim of SEO is to make efforts in
the process of making show regarding the search engines reorganization of users content as the
leading information on the web for a particular search query (Liasidou, S., 2017). Keywords are
defined as the topics and ideas which describe about the content. In the process of SEO,
keywords are considered as the words and phrases which are entered by the searchers into the
search engines and it is also known as a search queries. Keywords are found as essential as they
are working as linchpin among what the people are searching for and the content which are
providing by SEO is feeling their needs or not. The major objective in ranking on search engines
is to drive organic traffic to the site from the results which come from search engine.
Ranking, traffic and conversions are considered as the key performance indicators which
measures the effectiveness of campaign of SEO. Below mentioned is the brief discussion of
these KPIs: Ranking: By tracking the rankings of keyword on constant basis gives the business
ability of designing the strategy of SEO around the keywords which require the higher
attention and provide the best benefits. Tracking the rankings is found as essential but it
is not enough. The organization is required to understand how the keywords can be
translated into the increasing quality traffic. Traffic: Analysing the quality and volume of traffic which the first page rankings deliver
is found as important. Number of visitors of organic search is considered as the traffic
volume (Rafailov, M.K., 2017). Analysing the quality of traffic is found as difficult.
Hence, several of metrics can be used for analysing the quality of traffic such as pages
per visit, average visit duration and bounce rate.

organisation for installing and tracking the tags on their websites in which they are not
required any code. It make it easy only for the non programmers by adding and editing
the tags and variables. These tags can be exported as well by creating the templates of
commonly used tags (Bocconcelli and et. al.,2018).
Google Survey: it is considered as the coast effective plate form as it helps the marketers
in evaluating the trends and predicts the behavior of customers. It makes the research of

blog. It was a really problem for me to decide a clear topic and niche for the blog. I was
also facing the problem in getting enough traffic on blog. It was a challenge for me to
bring a traffic on my blog. There were only few visitors on my blog. Feeling: In the starting of blog, I was feeling confusing in several topics which I have to
select. After that I overcome from that challenge and then I found that I am not able to

content because several of a people like my content. Whereas, I also faced several
challenges while writing the blog as it was acting as an barrier for me to getting success.
Action Plan: In order to overcome from the challenges which I face while writing blogs,
I have to prepare personal development plan or action plan to work on my weaker
sections. While facing the problem in searching the topic, I can overcome from this
problem by doing research of several topics from the use of internet or I can take any of
current scenario as I can get much more information on the current topic. Along with this
I was not getting enough traffic on my blog. I can overcome from this Challenger by the
use of SEO technology and adding some extra keyword so that the keywords help the
blog in getting the higher views and traffic.
