INTRODUCTIONStrategic management is that management that involves the formulation as well as applythe major goals as well as initiatives to attain the business goals and objectives. Thismanagement system help a company in improve the overall structure as well as performance ofthe company and then further allocating the resources in order to implement the plans. The reportmain aim is to describe the importance of management system which further help a company toexpand their business in further level of success. Chosen company for the study is Tecno whichis mobile based company in Hong Kong whose main focus is to entered in African Market andexpand their business in south Asian Market. The report present the analysis of the case anddifferent challenges which a company may faced. Report further what the best method which acompany may opt in order to entered in this market. MAIN ANALYSISBackground of the companyTecno is the world famous company which is mobile manufacturer firm and whose entirebusiness is only focus to enter into Africa. The quoted firm is global based company and afterdoing proper research, company analysed that Africa is consider one of the most lucrative regionin order to expand their current business in another country. As the company profit margin iscurrently decline and as a result, Tecno stopped doing business in Asia because it affect theirbrand image in market and in late 2016, the quoted company entered into the middle eastmobiles phones and wants to acquire a good market in Africa so that their brand image willsustain and help to raise the market share in the country of Africa (Walwyn, Huddy and Rybicki,2015). The parent company of the Tecno is established in 2006 and initially the company did notget the maximum profit which help them to raise the company brand image in market and afterstruggling, the company wants to expand their current business in Asia. But in this time alsoTecno did not become famous and after doing research, it has been analysed that in Africa thereis a chances for a company to raise their brand image and it helps to maximizes their currentprofit as well as sales margin too (Wells, 2016). Hence, the owner of the company takes adecision to expand their business in Africa so that it will be helpful for them to do a business atglobal level. After it, the company also faces many challenges in order to expand their business1
