INTRODUCTION
CBM (Conference and Banqueting Management) a hospitality industry factor which is
learn to how services become well and suitable for its clients . A brief study on its size and
scope on conference and banqueting management industry. moreover is based on its strategic and
operational which relates with its effective management system. A study of t food production
system and how they implements in conference and banqueting. In this discussing about how to
do with perfect organizing in banqueting management and how to plan with ergonomic
techniques.

1.1 Size and scope of the conference and banqueting industry in the UK
In this management system there are two types of groups first is conference banqueting
which provide formal function and official events for business organization or offices events,
and second is banquet, this facility is considered the special family function, marriages, birthday
events and occasion that have to be celebrated (Bullard and Carman, 2016 ). These industries
have great scope with its operations and arrangements. this type of industries have great benefits
because this industries is continuing to get the profit's .UK is pure destination for tourists this is
the reason that culture effects on hospitality are high in UK. In banqueting there is high staff is
required because of larger booking banqueting is highly profitable part of this industries but
focused on food. In conference management it is essential that prepared in short-time
managements for official, and conference meetings management required that tools and
techniques .
Size is depended on hospitality working management is not fixed in every time.
Conducting any events and conference is depends on its size, official or non-official events.
CBM scope is also depended on qualities of events handling of services if any hospitality
organization having capabilities and proper management then it can effect on its rating and
growth For betters result it is also important that hospitality industries follows CBM so there is
scope for future betterment (Al-Haddad, 2017). It includes all sectors like hotels bars pubs
restaurants, etc.

One of the reason for growth in CBM is attractiveness on areas, UK is an attractive place
and many visitor and tourists choose this destination, this industries have also development
programs according to events and conference. For seasonal events like marriages , birthday
events, occasion. The growth for banquets management because people organized their events
according to seasonal time.( Sarsar and Hill, ) Effective growth and development is depend on
which kind of function , categories, type are included in banqueting and conference/ For
development of any restaurant, hotels, pubs it’s required that its food and services are good for
any other competitive industries. There are following factor that influencing growth and
development in CBM-
Culture- In CBM, growth and development is depended on culture. UK culture effects on
hospitality is shown in British cultures and architects. The way of hospitality is depends
on culture.
Rules and regulation- Countries rules and regulation is also important for everyone who
visits different countries. It is safe as it impact their mind .
Rating of hospitality industries – For growth and development industries it is important
services rating that influence visitors and tourist. This factor highly develop hospitality
industries and increases profitably
Size of CBM industries- size of CBM industries is also required for higher growth. Size
of industries in hospitality is increasing and expanding level of conference and banquet
events
