Personal development plays crucial role that allows individuals to perform their role in a
well define manner within an organisation, along with this it also facilitate them to conduct
activities in both personally and cooperate level (Zafar, 2020). In simple terms, personal
development planning termed as a procedure that allow person to evaluate their own learning,
performance and achievement through which they can future enhance their career and
educational development. For this SWOT analysis proves to be an effective technique with the
help of which individual can make significant improvement in their personal as well as
professional career. Present report has been conducted on charitable charitable entity that duly
offer formative help to Brain Tumour charity for fundraising, they offer assistance to young
people, children and family members those who are facing the issue of brain tumour. In addition
to this, they also offer efficient support to family fun days and provide information and also aid
in creating family Facebook group. In this report formative discussions has been conducted on
ideas of fundraising. Along with this report also include preparation of goals, plans in addition
with other activities as to determine actual form of requirements that will significantly prove
beneficial for Brain Tumour Charity.

significant role. With the help of this actual needs and requirements can be ascertained. By
taking advantage of this skill individual can effectively fulfil actual requirements of charitable
organisation. It has been evaluated that, research skill is my greatest strength as I effectively
conduct research and evaluating all essential informations and related documents.
Planning: Planning is a primary role which is required to be duly undertaken. In context
to charitable firm it is essential to develop plan in order to accomplish all the essential activities
in required proper time frame. This has been evaluated that I have effective tendency to build

Problem Solving: In order to gain successful end outcome even from complex situations
it is essential for an individual to have problem-solving skills. In context with respective firm,
with having this skill higher productivity can be significantly assured. In relation to me, this is
being evaluated that I somehow lacks in having problem-solving skill as I fails to solve core of
problems in a well define and effective manner that further facilitate me to face difficulties in
finding real resolutions.
Organisation: It is essential for an entity to systematically organize each and every
activity as per according to their requirement and importance. It will allow entity to raise funds
accordingly. As per in accordance with the formative evaluation this has been identified by me
that I have this skills through which allows to organize fundraising activities for Brain Tumour
charity in best effective manner.
Time-management: In order to accomplish actual goals and objectives it is essential to
manage time in a well define and effective manner as to ensure positive outcomes (Bager-

weakness for which it is essential for me to undertake effective measures in order overcome this
weaknesses.

having all these skills individual can accomplish objective of charitable organisation which is
related to fundraising as to support family members, children and young people needs who are

strategies. For example, with the help of online communication classes I can make improvement

resolves issues and problems even in complex situations in a efficient manner. By undertaking
advantage of problem solving fulfilment of objectives can be assured. It is essential for me to
improve my problem solving skill as to assure success. There are various ways through which I
can make significant increase in this skill. For example, I can take use of brainstorming,
developing action plan, taking use of problem solving techniques etc.
Time Management: It is one of the most important skills that plays crucial role in
gaining successful results (Ibay and Pa-alisbo, 2020). It is essential for me develop my time
management skill as to gather funds in required time frame for charity firm. This skill can be
improved by me by various measures for example, prioritizing work, creating schedule, setting

that I have significantly contributed my contribution in group or team to raise funds to support

ideas and suggestions among team members through which funds can be generated.

Step 1 Description: For the aim of raising funds, team members have decided time and
divide different set of sections to each individual. In this I have set my time to accomplish by
target before deadline to review my work effectively.
Step 2 Feeling: All the team members were quite happy about segregation of work, it has
been evaluated by me that some of the individual quit their role that motivated to work harder to

essential to make plan. Further I have identified that there were challenges that can be faced due
to different perceptions upon decision-making.
Step 6 Action Plan: In future, when I conduct my responsibilities in team I will surely
identify my core strength and communicate by concerns to other team members. With the help of
current experience I can perform my roles in team in more effective manner.
