INTRODUCTION
Personal progress is extremely critical to ensuring that a company functions efficiently or
carries out some form of operation either at collaborating or individual levels. Personal
development preparation is often defined by means of a person who is willing to understand his
own results, training, and progress in preparing education and advancement of his career (Asah,
Fatoki and Rungani 2015). Therefore, a SWOT situational framework may be utilized to carry in
improvements in career life and other relevant problems. The preparation of personal
development is the growth of an implementation plan awareness of value systems, objectives and
self-improvement preparing, with education, work and personal improvement contexts.
In this report, mainly for determining fundraising proposals, drawing up strategies,
establishing goals and undertaking a variety of other tasks in order to define the precise criteria
for various firms. In addition, report also define identify areas of change and discuss means of
approaching areas of progress in depth.

Asses and reflect individual development
Personal advancement is incredibly important for an organizational entity, since only the
ultimate target is accomplished by a corporation. Essentially all the fundamental skills that will
be learned to function successfully include the cycle of human growth. An individual may have a
large range of abilities in the sense of charitable organizations that will enable him to reach the
goal set. Individual members of charity demonstrate their own integrity and the stability of their
organizations. In fact, focusing on how an organization is doing is a critical factor in the
preservation of all service and learning expectations (Bekas, 2015). In fact, a variety of
challenges are met with public strain on charities to represent and sense no internal motivation.
The expertise should be integrated into the person in order to successfully handle the function of
a charitable organization. Since, they are solely liable for voting on humanitarian problems
which can lead to decrease human performance.
Gibbs reflective cycle
Gibbs first promoted it being used in repeated cases, but even with unique interactions,
the steps and concepts apply as well. If presented from a stand-alone example, the strategic plan
could become more generic and aim at how the findings can be extended in the potential future.

Description
The main concern is that I am not able to communicate properly in front of large
audience, due to which many time important message is not delivered to my staff member.
Feelings
Due to the above description, I feel to be left aside because my upper management have
analysed my issue and are planning to eliminate me from my position.
Evaluation
I seek to be as blunt and fair as possible. Thus, focusing on the good and negative sides of the
circumstance to get the most out of the thinking, I thought it was mostly one or the other.
Analysis
The stage in the review is where you get an opportunity to make meaning of what
happened. I have been dwelling on information of what occurred in the case so far. I now have
the ability to derive value from that
Conclusion
I set back easily to any situation of the company and get my position maintained for a
longer period of time making better results.
Action plan
In case if I face any other same problem in future, I have started working on my
personality development so that I never face such complexities.
Evaluate and assess the human capacity to improve by preparation.
There are many skills that must be learned in an individual so as to support charitable
organizations effectively. Only disciplinary steps should be taken to insure the target goal was
achieved within the defined time span by the application of these skills. However, the abilities
needed to raise operation to support company growth in the respective time period.
1. Teamwork: This is among the most critical things a person needs to be provided in order to
collaborate successfully with several other team works in company for different
function (Biswas et al. 2018). In case, if staffs have a strong friendship, anything will be
well finished. Employing skills imply transferable skills that can be worked by an
individual. Business students must possess technical capabilities or understanding, subject
matter. The abilities, information and behaviours that make people function and switch
between jobs can be defined as being employable.
