INTRODUCTION Higher education is important aspect in maintaining the skills for becoming efficient learner. Higher education is become the competitive industry for the students. Students who are perusing higher education is must be interested in their field or ready to break the field (Faber and et.al., 2021).One of the education theory said that it is not important to have in class but the important thing is how you build your team and support them. Part 1: Career Goal Career goal is what an individual is seeking to pursue in his/her career. Career goal must be clear and well defined so that while searching job it is easy to finding out the job which suits you. Career is a line which affect your goals, family, income, standard of living and many more aspects of your life(Assiter, 2017). So before choosing a career this is important for the student to find out the perfection area of yours, in which they are good and happy to do that work.I am identifyingthreecareeropportunitiesi.e.SalesExecutive,HumanResourceExecutive, Marketing Manager.From the above three opportunities, Sales executive and marketing manager is not suitable for me as they both task are related to field work. And in both the works time management is essential. And here I lapsed as I am very bad in time management. Human Resource Executive is the profile which I am choosing for my career goal. As there task is too organised and managed all the work related to human resources. Main work is to overseeing the hiring, training and monitoring the work of other employees. Main motive for me to choosing this profession as my career is team work, and negotiation skills. The opportunities available in human resource executive as if you started with executive post only, you can easily get the growth in this line by Arbitrators, Office Manager, Human Resource Manager and Training manager. I have founded an apprenticeship programme to get trained as HR manager in the Harvard University starting from January(Fallows, Fallows and Steven, 2000).Following are the solutions I have come across for reaching my desired position- In a HR role one is require to have diversified skills such as ï‚·Communication and Interpersonal skills ï‚·Cultural and behaviour development
Training and Development Evaluation and Interpretation skills Analytical and Reasoning skills Planning and Strategic development skills Decision making Negotiation skills Leadership skills From the above requirements for a HR manager role and skills I currently possess as personal strengths I can fill this gap by enrolling in the Harvard course and by working on my weaknesses. I will be more self-aware for reducing my weaknesses which are short tempered, stress management, time management etc. It can be done by being proactive than reactive while encountering such situations(Hernández-March, Del Peso and League, 2009). Also, by being moreeducatedfor overcomingmyweaknessesfromonlineplatforms.Thus, ithelpsin progressing professionally and becoming more competent in HR sector. In the Employment scheme for a HR position, I have completed my masters in Human Resource from renowned Cambridge University. This will help me in getting the desired position of HR manager. Also, it has created an opportunity to get considered for the desired role in a company.This will help me to get selected in various desired companies and choosing the most rewarding and growing company. All of the above mentioned skills are used and mentioned in order to provide relevant support for the successive nature and applicability of the company. Career Zone and Digital Library online platforms are helpful in assessing required skills for HR as well as various opportunities available to explore and finding the best workplace to work for. It has helped in increasing my knowledge for the specific skills set require to achieve a HR manager position in a company. Thus, spreading desired awareness for the role and educational resources available on digital library for developing skills and mind-sets. In modern and dynamic organisation various opportunities and threats are available in HR sector. Opportunities-
ï‚·It is required to develop more transparency in the payment reports of employees to satisfy them. ï‚·A major shift has occurred in diversified employees to more inclusive employees ï‚·In providing better personal experience for the well-being and work life balance to employees with the help of effective work culture. Threats- ï‚·In the current scenario it is difficult to find high quality talent desired by companies in the market. ï‚·Sector is facing a big threat of generating leaders for the future require to achieve overall goals of an organisation. ï‚·It is require to find the right resources needed for developing work culture in a company. From the above threats and opportunities available in the sector I can address them by developing specific skills and responsibilities require to tap them and grow eventually. This can be done with the help of personality development courses to enhance my soft skills. Furthermore developing the required skills such as effective communication, leading and motivating skills, and other essential skills require to become HR manager in the current markets of the sector. Also, by enrolling in the Harvard programme I can grow in my profession with the development of essential skills and current market insights to play the role efficiently.All of these above information are related to the given time frame which are related to the growth and achievement of my own self and development profile. All of these platform are relatable and manageable for my own future growth and success. Part 4: Way Forward For growing professionally I have planned three actionswhich will help me in achieving my desired position in the career(Drummond, Nixon and Wiltshire, 1998). These action plans will help in leading my career growth within specified time duration. Also in developing require skills and gaining experience in the field. These are as following- 1.For getting enrolled in the Harvard programme the deadline to apply is 08/01/2021 so by that date I need to have in place require documents and one month experience in HR field.

CONCLUSION From the above report it can be concluded that HR sector has transformed due to dynamic changes in an environment. One needs to develop essential skills to satisfy the current needs in an organisation. For developing right talents one needs to go through analysis of the market and relating it with personal strengths and weaknesses. Thus, to grow in a career in any sector one needs to analyse and develop plan of actions to achieve desired position in their career.
