As per provision of Companies Act 2006, itwas stated in section 382 that total turnover of small enterprises should not be exceeding by 6.5million pound and employees should not be more than 50. Thus small business enterprises offeropportunity to local community in inspiring and enhancing their standard of living.In present assignment a discussion about Dragon Dan serious has been done.
