INTRODUCTIONSmall business are the companies which are owned by single or more than oneindividuals for accomplishing a predetermined set of objectives and goals for gaining profit andgrowth in the market. Such business employs limited number of workers with a small sales andrevenue. The number of small and medium enterprises contributes huge efforts for briningchange and development in the economy or country. The taken company is Elmtree hotel in thisreport who is providing hospitality services in UK. This report will discuss comparative measuresof performance with the type, structure, size and objectives of the hotel for identifying itsweakness and strength. Analysis for maintaining performance and justifications to overcomeweakness to expand the business in new areas has provided. An assessment along with actionplan of existing business objectives and revise plans to incorporate appropriate changes has alsobeen discussed. Elmtree hotel is a UK based hotel who is providing facilities such as luxury andcomfortable rooms, lounge, guests house, parking, food and various other modes ofentertainment to their potential customers who are seeking for their quality based services. Thishotel is providing hospitality services to the people in UK for their comfortable and luxuriousstay (Allen and Truman, 2016).Size:This hotel is a small enterprise with a revenue of less than € 5m and employs a smallnumber of people.Objective: To provide their quality based services to the clients in order to provide thembetter accommodation and food during their journey for generating profit.Structure: Elmtree hotel follows hierarchical structure.
