Brooklands hotels isthe chosen organisation in this present report which is a restaurant as well as stylish bar. Themain objective of firm is to provide high quality services to their customers like luxuriousexperience of lunch and dining as well as excellent room services. The present report will bedescribing the strengths and weaknesses of chosen organisation and some recommendations aregiven in order to overcome the barriers. The report will also discuss various points which areinvolved in maintaining current business performance.
