INTRODUCTIONSmall business or a small-scale firms is a type of administration in which small numberof workers are employed and no high guarantee of sales occur in such firms. Usually these kindof enterprises are generally private or owned by individuals. It can be even operated in soleproprietorships, partnership or corporation (Abor and Quartey, 2010). Small scale enterprises aredesigned to encourage more participation of small businesses in many fields like transportation,marketing,etc. This report is based on Nisa Retail Limited is a brand and buying firm ofindependent retailers and wholesalers in the United Kingdom. It is a mutual organisation that isowned by some members and operation is done using collective buying of power of a largegroup of members to negotiate on the deals with suppliers. Its headquarters are located inScunthorpe, North Lincolnshire. It also has distribution depots for temperature controlledproducts at Stoke-on-Trent and Harlow, Essex. The main purpose of this report is to analyse thestrength and weakness of the cited firm and carry out a comparative measure of improving theperformances. It also discuss about steps of overcoming those pros and cons. There is an analysisof already existing business objectives. Strengths can lead to great advantage to the cited firm which willmake it stand out from their competitors. Some of the strengths of the company are mentionedbelow:The need of market in a small firm lead to great success of that company. This organisation has caused to develop excellent quality of products and it would befresh and attractive.

It also provides broad range of products which gives many choices to the customers andgrasp their attention. One major strength of this collaboration is its business location. The place where theycarry out their marketing has a great impact on the business (Altman and Wilson, 2010).This can cater a lot of crowd and attention easily with basic efforts. The responsibility of the cited firm is to maintain a good reputation with the customers tohold them for longer period of time. All these steps would cause the sales to growrapidly.Weaknesses of the company: It basically symbolises the limitations or the deficiency ofthe company.
