In modern world, small business enterprises are growing very well and also helping
government bodies in enhancing national economy. Basically, it is those companies which are
very small in nature and hire few number of employees (Storey, 2016). In simple words, small
business enterprises are those whose employee numbers fall below a particular limits. In present
time, this kind of organisation are giving tough competition in many economic sectors. Also,
they contribute a lot in national development by provides various employment services to
unemployed people so that they can also enhance their standard of living. These are the main
reasons which influence government of Untied Kingdom to invest more in small business
enterprises. SME has helped UK at the time of recession. This project report is based on Clearly
PR & Marketing communications which helps other organizations in building and strengthening
their brand, reputation and position in market place (Bridge and O'Neill, 2012). In this report,
performance of this company has investigated and some propose modifications has been
discussed which can improve existing performance of this organization. Along with this, existing
plan and objectives of this enterprise has been revised to incorporate proposed changes within
work place. At last, Impact of those changes on management system of company has also been
examined.

Clearly PR & Marketing Communication is one of the leading small business enterprise
which is located in Wales. Basically, it is a United Kingdom based company. It is a successful
organisation because it takes help of innovative and unique concepts for operating its business
activities and practices. It provides various services to big companies so that they can enhance
their brand image, reputation and goodwill within market place. This organization was launched
in 4th march 2014. Basically, it is a newly established company which has taken help of UK
government. Its owner if Mr. Paul Alexander Mackenzie-Cummins. It is a public relations
agency which helps other organisations in building their strong position within their market
place. Also, it is specialised in Recruitment marketing. It provides its services in scientific as
well as in industrial sectors (Schaper and et. al., 2014). It is publishers of Recruitment imPRint
which is one of the popular magazine of UK which provides recruitment businesses with

insights. In recent years, it have created values for various organizations by increasing their
brand image. In simple words, it helps different companies in fulfilling their communication
objectives. Clearly PR has rewarded by various awards such as recruiter awards 2015, 2016,
finalist of CIPR and Best PR consultancy firm Award in 2015. The major objectives of this
company are given below:

 To enhance organizational profit by considering economic and environmental factors

Moreover, overall performance of this small business enterprise can be determined by its
strengths and weaknesses which are follows as under:

type of business problem and also can exist in worst market conditions. It is huge responsibility
of its business manger to evaluate their performance on regular basis so that they can keep going
and achieve desired outcomes. In present time, this organization is suffering from various

problems due to high market competition. The main competitor of Clearly PR is Hotwire and
Stripe communications which also provides same services. Apart form this, cited company have
threat of new rivalry firms which can also affect its organizational position within marketplace.

organisation can increase its efficiency as well effectiveness. In present time, Clearly PR &
Marketing Communication is providing its services in scientific and industrial sectors. It helps
other organizations in resolving their business problems and situations (Rasli and et. al., 2014).
As, this company have only 45 workers in present time which are overloaded by high work
burden. This organization is currently working on two major projects which is putting work
pressure on its employees. Due to high pressure they are not able to provide unique and
innovative services that is why problem of duplication of work is arising. Also, company is
suffering from high staff turnover which can be solve by enhancing financial profit.
Moreover, Clearly PR is serving in the field of Public relations, merchandising and
communication. In recent time, there are various market players which are serving in same field
which is also affecting market performance of company. To overcome this type of problem,
organization can change its existing strategies and policies so that it can improve quality of its
services and can provide better customer satisfaction. By doing this, it can achieve competitive
advantage in market place as well. The next problem which is affecting business performance is
limited number of market shares. It is happened because of restricted approach of company. This
organisation is only focusing on scientific and industrial sector but for better growth it can move
to health and social care sector because in present time this industry is growing very well and

attention of legal bodies. Entrepreneurs of SME does not need to hire such huge number of
employees because they have to operate few business activities and practices. Also, they can take
financial assistance from government to operate their organizational functions. This project

organizations in building their brand image within market place. Also, it is popular for its
recruitment marketing and employer branding. In this report, current performance of this
company has been evaluated and some new change has been introduced which can help it in
enhancing its organizational performance. Also, current business plan and objectives of this
