INTRODUCTIONIn modern world, small business enterprises are growing very well and also helpinggovernment bodies in enhancing national economy. Basically, it is those companies which arevery small in nature and hire few number of employees (Storey, 2016). In simple words, smallbusiness enterprises are those whose employee numbers fall below a particular limits. In presenttime, this kind of organisation are giving tough competition in many economic sectors. Also,they contribute a lot in national development by provides various employment services tounemployed people so that they can also enhance their standard of living. These are the mainreasons which influence government of Untied Kingdom to invest more in small businessenterprises. SME has helped UK at the time of recession. This project report is based on ClearlyPR & Marketing communications which helps other organizations in building and strengtheningtheir brand, reputation and position in market place (Bridge and O'Neill, 2012). In this report,performance of this company has investigated and some propose modifications has beendiscussed which can improve existing performance of this organization. Along with this, existingplan and objectives of this enterprise has been revised to incorporate proposed changes withinwork place. At last, Impact of those changes on management system of company has also beenexamined.
