Depending on their activities, the strengths are associated as mentioned below with the organization: the Beigel Bake Restaurant provide service for 24hours in London. Therefore, the customers can easily get service from the restaurant(Bridge and O'Neill, 2013). It is very beneficial for the organization. By these process, their number of customers increases. The restaurant mainly focused on their main product beigels which are very popular in the market. Customers of the restaurant like this item very much. Alongwith this, they also provide other items such as sweets like apple strudel, Danish rolls, cheesecake and Eccles cakes and pastries also.Weakness- Nowadays, for increasing business, an organization needs to give their updates on websites. But the Beigel Bake Restaurant do not have any website so that the customers do not get any information about their eatery and their product also. Therefore, it is their major weakness. On the other side, they only have their business in the UK so that they do not have much popularity in other countries. Along with these weaknesses, some customers are disappointed due to their service quality. They do not have many employees and for this reason they unable to provide good services to their customers. Besides these, they should make a limited number of beigels and have to make new products for their customers(Latov, 2007).Page 3 of 17

The food restaurant is very much anxious for their products, and they tryto maintain their quality of products in front of theircustomers. An organization also have to concentrate on the demand of their customers and based on that they have to decide the price limit. Therefore, the Beigel Bake Restaurant have to fix a suitable price limit which can attract the consumers. It will be very beneficial for the organization and also increase the consumer’s number. Their 24hours providing service is one ofthe major things which give them benefits compare to another restaurant in the United Kingdom. According to these, the Beigel Bake Restaurant should make new products for their consumers along with reasonable price. The customers want new nad variety of products, and these attract the customer most. The organization has to understand the demands of the people which help them to makeproducts for them(Abdel-Maksoud and Abdel-Kader, 2007).
