This essay examines the application of Social Cognitive Theory to the case of Grand UK Holidays, a tour company that specializes in escorted tours for elderly. It explores how personal, environmental, and behavioral factors interact to influence behavior and learning. The case study is in two parts, one related to training of employees in the organization and another related to coach tours. The essay concludes that Social Cognitive Theory has its application in different areas of life and is useful in learning, health, and developing and modifying behavior of people.
