The use of Social media has been increasing rapidly and it is becoming a part of daily life of people. Due to its popularity, the organisation has started to enhance their presence on social media, which allow them to interact with their customers and expanding their brand image. In order for success and security over social media, the companies are required to formulate and implement social media strategies. This report will discuss the social media strategy implemented by the management of Starbucks.
