OB is a wide area which consists of many things like behaviour, psychology, that needs to be studied. It revolves around the study of individuals, teams as well as the whole organization in order to analyze the behavior. There are some other issues as well such as managerial, work place issue, related to OB. There are several issues which occur within organization. These issues are related to employee behaviour. It impacts on attitude, perception of employees and they distinguish others on basis of caste, religion, ethics etc. Generally, the issues which has occurred are due to social psychology of individual. There are many companies who facing certain issues and are not able to solve them. It has become difficult for them to manage diversity. The common issue faced is individual differences in attitude and personality. In this employees working within organization differ on basis of traits, personality and value. It is directly related to social psychology as here people perception differs from one another. This is based on emotions, social norms traits and others. While working in a team two people may dislike traits or are not comfortable with behaviour or personality of each other(Matei and Preda, 2019). Here, social norm can be reason of it. This creates difference in attitude and perception of employees. Moreover, it effects on entire team as well. Usually, big 5 traits can be applied here in which human personality is categorized into 5. This issue is commonly faced as in present time staff want to work with those who possess similar personality traits. There perception is entirely changed towards society. So, value and diversity in bringing creativity in organization is affected. Another issue in organization behaviour is quick start team development of virtual member. It refers to forming a team of individual who belong to different geographic region. In this they are given a specific objective to be achieved. Thus, it leads to differences among employee as they do not agree with perception of other. Furthermore, in those teams’ social norms and ethics of each one is different, so they work accordingly. It leads to effect on their behaviour in negative way. However, team performance is also affected. The issues arise when individual in teams disagree on something. They do not like to work with high or low personality people and change in traits. This clearly shows change in their attitude or thinking due to social norms. Besides that, as virtual team interact with other employees, they start thinking that these possess traits which are different from us. Hence, even if they become member of that team employees are not able to work in effective way with them. Along with it, manager is in favour
of forming these teams as they work in effective way. But on contrary virtual team affect on organization culture as it creates difference in attitude, traits of people as per their social norms. Hence, organization is not able to quickly develop teams which can perform task together. This s because of difference is individual behaviour. Similarly, the shared or participative leadership style is contemporary issue. It state that collective decision are not taken within organization. This is because of disagree among certain staff regarding that decision. Hence, this style is not applied by organization in effective way. Generally, when a decision is taken any staff disagree with it as in his view or attitude it is not right. And even if the decision is executed it effect on their behaviour. So, this directly impact on organization culture and behaviour (Matei and Preda, 2019). Moreover, in this leadership style opinion of all staff needs to be mutually agreed. Either they are emotionally or motivationally not work as decision taken. The group behaviour is affected as well. Thus, social psychology and OB are linked as it enables in analysing change or impact on behaviour of people with change in social norms. Other than this, the leadership style issue state that how shared practices and decision effect on organization behaviour. So, it is necessary for manager to identity these issues and solve it. Therefore, these issues are occurring in organization behaviour. They are linked with social psychology which is based attitude, traits of individual. It depends on people social norms and how they relate it with others. Usually, perception and personality are factors on basis of which behaviour revolve around. Due to these issues overall organization behaviour is affected. There is high change in employee attitude, traits as they relate it with ethics, values, etc. For every gen their perception differs on above factors mentioned. It is because of their social norms and behaviour which reflect this. Therefore, it is necessary to find out perception of it so that attitude, traits etc. of that gen people can be evaluated. CONCLUSION Hereby, this can be summarized that the uses of social psychological in organisation relateswithindividualbehavioursintermstoformalandinformalgroups. Thus, social psychological highly influence the working of business organisations. Thus, present report has
based on case study relates with modern day management practices that relies on understanding of the cause of behaviours within workplace.
