INTRODUCTION
Social psychology is a study of individual and group behaviour that influences the
presence and behaviour of others (Meagher, 2020). Social psychology also helps to
understand organizational behaviour. The organisation aim to understand the worker belief
and value and how they help an organisation. This report aims to analyse a case study of
work palace bullying, Counterproductive Behaviour. In this report, we will cover how social
psychology will help to understand organisational behaviour. In addition to this report, we
also cover some potential benefits of the decision-making of the employee.

Social psychology is a study of individual and group behaviour that influences the
presence and behaviour of others. Social psychology explores the power of thought or
perception of a person and emotional connection (Yaremych and Persky, 2019). Psychology
studies how people thought beliefs, feelings, goals and intentions are constructed within the
context of a social term. Human behaviour influences other people's behaviour. Social
psychology can help to understand organisational Behaviour
In the organisation, various people work and they come from different cultures,
beliefs, and values and their perception is also different. In the organisation, my people work
as workgroup those companies a task given by the organisation. Effective workgroups come
into force when all people live together and work according to given by the leader. Effective
workgroup increased the level of innovation, speed and improved quality of the product.
Effective workgroups are made when there is no workplace conflict, stress, or bullying
among the people. This is when the environment of the workplace is good and there are no
clashes in the organisation. Many organisations work in this direction in the effort to make a
good environment. Social psychology can help to understand organisational behaviour and in
this direction, many companies work they give incentives, the reward for appreciation of
workgroup because of appreciation employee work for this achievement and employee work
with own pleasure.
Many organisation employees face bad behaviour or they treated very badly. They
face bullying behaviour in the organisation (Anvari and et.al., 2019). Bullying involves
