INTRODUCTION
Every business event needs a training program before executing any action- plans on it,by
executing the training properly and specifically for the main objective for which the training will
be executed.(Parent and Ruetsch, 2020) Likewise any other management program, training is
necessary in event also to prepare the program in more effective manner. Some of the question
company raise in the business before implement any event activity on that this will be improving
customer services and management function related to the company with a motive to get team
closer together and also to facilitates the decision-making process of the organisation or event
before starting the activities related to that event .There is a need to develop the plan for the
participants to meet the ir needs and set with the overall objective of the organisation. So there is
a need to tailor the training planning to each new client. Steps includes before starts any training
program identifying and setting objectives is that what is the purpose of this training . By
knowing your audiences to cater them an appropriate training. The below report is based on the
company The Brent Adult and Community Education Services (BACES) who introduce their
new computer literacy course in accessibility for web navigation by introducing screen reader
software and magnifiers event for visually impaired people. Report will cover communication
style that effectively design and deliver a training event.
Task 1
P1 Using different communication styles and formats, that you can effectively design and deliver
a training event for a given target audience.
There are different style of communications and format which are using in the phase of any
activity which relates with the training program,being assertive will mean respecting the other by
taking care of itself.(Ceruso and et. al., 2019) This approach of communication deals with the
ability to express your thoughts and feelings by rely with honesty and direct interactive
approach. So here are some of the communication style which will be executed every aspect of
the training program is that:
Assertive communication style:
This style of communication will be the best approach of interacting with any person
relates to the company activities if we are talk about providing training to the visually
impaired people here the communication is based on the emerging of high self esteem ,

having balanced of neither too aggressive nor too passive which shows the
communication in systematic approach here there is no urgency values are put in the
training and learning phase. (Hafner and et. al., 2019) People using this style of
communication without any manipulation and any games by strong confidence in their
words. This style consists of good eye contact ,relaxed and open postures with don't fidget.
Aggressive communication style:
This type of communication relates with the people who are more focusing on the wining
approach even if the expense made by the other people ,this approach shows the needs are more
important and they have to contribute more in this communication style and having the more
rights than others .By this style sometime people are more concentrated towards the winning of
this activity ,this style is not healthy because due to that content of the message will be lost . This
communication contains frightening, threatening factors involves.
The passive aggressive style:
This communication style contains the approach of passive form outside but are indirectly
contains or acting out their anger in serving any activities ,they are indirectly contains aggressive
and sarcastic. Their expressions are not similar to their feelings or motive for that they are
continuously trying to cope up with the situation, this style of interacting cover the intentions of
people with their outer most approach of interactions .
The submissive communication style:
This type of communication relates with the people who will try to create a healthy and sweet
gestures in their interactions and they will try their best to please them without any conflicts
approach. This type of communication will starts with the more rights and more contribution
towards the activities in which they caters the other people. Here the communication channel
starts on the base of healthy environment with genuine talks without any conflicts and
misunderstanding in the communication .This communication contains sweet gestures and
confidence while interacting .
The manipulative communication style:
This style of communication relates with the scheming and calculating approach .Manipulative
communicators are having the ability influencing and controlling others for their work or
influence them by anyhow process of doing the interaction when they are saying a motive words
repeatedly that the person is unaware. This style contains the manipulative approach, high
