The analysis of the company will be conducted through the swot and the pestle analysis
of the Hopkinson’s coffee company.
SWOT Analysis
The model of swot analysis tends to examine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and
threats of the Hopkinson’s coffee company in connection to the business as well as the internal
and external environment (Sammut‐Bonnici and Galea 2015).
Strengths
This part of the swot analysis tends to deal with the internal points that the company can
