Sometimes, poor working environment such as noise, cold, poor lightning, fealty equipment,
and uncomfortable seating also causes the stress to employees. In order to reduce these stress
factors, it is essential to keep the employees informed regarding any changes that will be
brought in the organisation. Besides this, an effective working environment can also create so
that employees also feel positive to the workplace. training also plays an essential role in
order to reduce the stress. Training helps the employees to get knowledge regarding several
things. Due to this, they also feel the job security and some of the career opportunity at the
workplace.
Stress puts the several effects on employee as well as employer. When employees are
working in the stressful environment, they are not able to work properly. It further negatively
affects the productivity of the organisation. Due to this, employer also gets frustrated. Due to
this, employer is also not able to make the best decisions and policies for the organisation. In
