Theorganisation structure of Glaxo Smith Kline (GSK) focuses more upon the three basic strategieswhich is their major priority that aims to increase the overall growth and focus on removing therisk factors from the organisation. Also its major concern is regarding improvement in thefinancial performance e of the company.Mission of company – To work more, to make the organisation and others feel better, to sustainin the market for the longer period of time. Their major priority is to develop their businessglobally by expanding it all around the world and get reorganisation and appreciation for thesame. The company researches and develops a broad range into three categories which arepharmaceuticals, vaccines, consumer healthcare. The goal of GSK is to be the world leader inpharmaceutical industry.Company1.2 Impact of structure and culture on GSK CompanyCulture in every organisation has a large number of great m momentums which canbecome very difficult GSK to adopt the change as in a large organisation there is adynamic culture and structure due to which easily making changes in the organisationcould become a big deal for GSK.2
