This leads them to suffer from various problems such as depression, health issues, lack of sleep. They can adopt NHS leadership where they can create freedom for delivering consistent standard of care for supporting and helping affected people. It is also recommended to follow NHS and Social care model in order to perform various support. This helps in earlier detection, effective medicine management, reduction in crises, improving quality life and others. They can adopt bereavement support services where there proactive service is provided and services should be provided to affected people in effective and efficient manner. Providing long term practices- As per this recommendation, services need to be provided for longer period of time for improving health and safety of patients on daily basis. It assist in conducting medical treatments to those individuals who have faced life event experiences. Tele care and support group- This is the recommendation which is provided to patients in terms of tele care and support groups. Here, telecommunication provide support and help to patients who are unable to come at care centre. This helps them to provide support group who can visit patients at their home for fast recovery. With the adoption of such recommendations, health and social care can be enhanced and improved through quality work for treating suffering one in best possible manner.
